October 2006     1967 Sears October 2006 Gilera 106 SS.  Sears and Roebuck licensed Gilera Motorcycles, an Italian firm, in the 60's to build a line of motorcycles for them.  They were available in the annual catalogue and cost approximately $350 to $400.  They came with the standard Puch engine - shifted on the right and braked on the left side.  Very strange to most of us..

This is a two-owner bike that was in VERY original condition with very little major repair that was needed.  It should be totally finished within a few weeks.
